Shipping policy

When can I receive my order?
All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after ordering, and shipments are only available Monday to Friday.
Domestic Shipping
All our domestic orders are shipped by UPS, and standard domestic delivery takes 3-7 business days.
International Shipping
All our international orders are shipped by DHL.
The standard delivery time for international orders is 4-21 business days.
Please note that international orders will have longer delivery periods, and customs procedures lead to obvious differences in transit time.
Preppy Prodigy is not liable for all tariffs and customs fees arising from international shipping.
